AFCO 0394 meets the Food Chemicals Codex (FCC) requirements for food grade propylene glycol.

AFCO 0394 meets the requirements of 21 CFR 184.1666 and can be used as a direct or indirect food additive in processes or products requiring propylene glycol, which meets FCC requirements.

It can also be used as a heat transfer liquid (antifreeze) for food and beverage chilling and freezing operations.

When used according to instructions, AFCO 0394 will have no adverse effects on the foods including milk and dairy products being processed.
