I am writing to certify that Guard Trolley Oil FLC-30 (AFCO 8091), manufactured by AFCO, 550 Development Avenue, Chambersburg, PA 17201, complies with the Federal Food, Drug & Cosmetic Act and any other applicable regulations.

AFCO 8091 is intended to be used in USDA inspected plants as a lubricant with incidental food contact and meets the requirements of 21 CFR 178.3570 for lubricants with incidental food contact. AFCO 8091 may be used on food processing equipment as a protective anti-rust film, as a release agent on gaskets or seals of tank closures, and as a lubricant for machine parts and equipment in locations in which there is potential exposure of the lubricated part to food.

When used according to instructions, AFCO 8091 will have no adverse effects on the foods being processed.
