I am writing to certify that General Red FLC-13 (AFCO 8154), manufactured by AFCO, 550 Development Avenue, Chambersburg, PA 17201, complies with the Federal Food, Drug & Cosmetic Act and any other applicable regulations.

AFCO 8154 is intended for use as a hand washing compound in all departments in food processing plants. After use of AFCO 8154, hands must be rinsed thoroughly with potable water.

AFCO 8154 must always be used according to label directions.

When used according to instructions, AFCO 8154 will have no adverse effects on foods being processed.
