In response to FSMA, FDA and FSIS guidelines please retain this document as our Continuing Letter of Guarantee for the product listed below, in compliance with the USDA-FSIS Sanitation Performance Standards Compliance Guide.
We have supplied many satisfied food processors throughout the world with products that are formulated to meet the cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance needs of food processing establishments.
This Zep product is formulated to comply with FDA Title 21 CFR 110.35 and 117.35, Sanitary Operations. Our products are properly labeled to ensure effectiveness, employee safety, and to prohibit adulteration of food product when used for the labeled purposes.
Zep FS Bakery Pan Cleaner (A1) is acceptable for use as a general cleaning agent on all surfaces, or for use with steam or mechanical cleaning devices in all departments. Before using these compounds, food products and packaging materials must be removed from the room or carefully protected. After using these compounds, surfaces must be thoroughly rinsed with potable water. The product label guides the specific requirements.
