In response to FSMA, FDA and FSIS guidelines please retain this document as our Continuing Letter of Guarantee for the product listed below, in compliance with the USDA-FSIS Sanitation Performance Standards Compliance Guide. We have supplied many satisfied food processors throughout the world with products that are formulated to meet the cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance needs of food processing establishments.
 
This Zep product is formulated to comply with FDA Title 21 CFR 110.35 and 117.35, Sanitary Operations. Our products are properly labeled to ensure effectiveness, employee safety, and to prohibit adulteration of food product when used for the labeled purposes.   

Zeptastic (C1) is acceptable as a compound for use on all surfaces in inedible product processing areas, non-processing areas, and/or exterior areas. These compounds must not be used to mask odors resulting from insanitary conditions. They must be used in a manner which prevents penetration of any characteristic odor or fragrance into edible product areas. Permission for the use of these compounds on loading docks and other similar areas is left to the discretion of the Inspectors in Charge of the plants. The product label guides the specific requirements.

Zeptastic (C2) is acceptable as a compound for use in toilets and/or dressing rooms. This compound must be used in a manner that will not contact individuals or food processing surfaces when used according to the label directions. The product label guides the specific requirements.
