In response to FSMA, FDA and FSIS guidelines please retain this document as our Continuing Letter of Guarantee for the product listed below, in compliance with the USDA-FSIS Sanitation Performance Standards Compliance Guide.
We have supplied many satisfied food processors throughout the world with products that are formulated to meet the cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance needs of food processing establishments.
This Zep product is formulated to comply with FDA Title 21 CFR 110.35 and 117.35, Sanitary Operations. Our products are properly labeled to ensure effectiveness, employee safety, and to prohibit adulteration of food product when used for the labeled purposes.
Zep Selig Good Stuff! (P1) is acceptable for use as cleaner and protectant in nonprocessing areas and/or exterior areas. The compound must be used in a manner which prevents direct or indirect contamination of edible products. It must be used in a manner which prevents penetration of any characteristic odor or fragrance into edible product areas. The product label guides the specific requirements.
