In response to FSMA, FDA and FSIS guidelines please retain this document as our Continuing Letter of Guarantee for the product listed below, in compliance with the USDA-FSIS Sanitation Performance Standards Compliance Guide.
We have supplied many satisfied food processors, throughout the world, with products that are formulated for the removal of soils and microorganisms from surfaces in food processing establishments.
This Zep product is formulated to comply with FDA Title 21 CFR 110.35 and 117.35, Sanitary Operations. Our products are properly labeled to ensure effectiveness, employee safety, and to prohibit adulteration of food product when used for the labeled purposes.
Vehicle Washing Compounds. Zep Blue Marvel 2000 (P1) is chemically acceptable to be used to wash loading equipment and transport vehicles in non-processing areas in official establishments operating under the Federal Meat and Poultry products Inspection Program. The compound must be used in a manner which prevents direct or indirect contamination of edible product. The product label guides the specific requirements.
