Aldie (AFCO 5277) is a slightly alkaline, solvent-free, low foaming oil and grease remover designed for use in the beverage, dairy, meat and poultry industries. It does not contain any caustic or chlorine. AFCO 5277 is a blend of nonionic surfactants and is ideal for the rapid emulsification of oils and grease.
