Prism Smart Color TM (AFCO 5580) is an intelligent color indicator based on patented persulfate technologies and designed to be used in conjunction with Prism Cleaner Cl (AFCO 5575). This combination dissolves oxidizable food soils, including proteins, fats, saccharides, aromas, phenolic compounds, and oxalates, by means of oxidation by hydroxyl radicals and visibly identifies areas contaminated with these deposits by means of a color indication system.
