Smart Release (AFCO 9002) is designed for use in open recirculating cooling water systems where a solid, controlled-release treatment is desired in scale forming water applications containing a specific proprietary formulation of organic PBTC and HEDP, phosphonates, polymer dispersants and copper corrosion inhibitor. AFCO 9002 is designed to work in system waters with an LSI of 1.8 - 2.7.
