TR-106 CI (AFCO 9551) is a corrosion inhibitor in convenient clear liquid form. It is intended for use in closed recirculating water systems and will afford maximum protection to aluminum, copper and ferrous alloy products. AFCO 9551 contains no chromate or phosphate additives and will not harm mechanical seals at any concentration level. AFCO 9551 is completely compatible with ethylene glycol antifreeze solutions. AFCO 9551 can also be used with equal effectiveness in air washers or sprayed coil dehumidifiers for protection of all metal components wetted by recirculated spray water. Chemical carry over into the air stream will not occur nor will objectionable odors be imparted to the process air.
