In response to FSMA, FDA and FSIS guidelines please retain this document as our Continuing Letter of Guarantee for IsoGuard CT (AFCO 19303), in compliance with the USDA-FSIS Sanitation Performance Standards Compliance Guide.

IsoGuard CT is formulated to comply with FDA Title 21 CFR 110.35 and 117.35, Sanitary Operations. Our products are properly labeled to ensure effectiveness, employee safety, and to prohibit adulteration of food product when used for the labeled purposes. 

The EPA registration number appearing on the label provides access to documentation regarding this product. The product must always be used according to applicable directions on the EPA-registered label.

I am writing to certify that Prism Smart Color TM (AFCO 5580), manufactured by AFCO, 800 Development Avenue, Chambersburg, PA 17201, complies with the Federal Food, Drug & Cosmetic Act and any other applicable regulations.

AFCO 5580 are intended for use on food contact equipment. Equipment surfaces on which solutions containing AFCO 5580 are used shall be subjected to a thorough rinse with potable water before processing is resumed.

When used according to instructions, AFCO 5580 will have no adverse effects on the food being processed.

AFCO 5580 is free from undesirable microorganisms and is safe under the conditions of use.
