Wash It (AFCO 2548) is a buffered alkaline peroxide-based cleaner which is specifically designed for use as a C.I.P. cleaner in breweries. AFCO 2548 is especially effective in removing the protein soils found on fermenters, brew kettles, filters, conditioning tanks, and in packaging areas.
