I am writing to certify that Power Foam Cl NP (AFCO 5333), manufactured by AFCO, 550 Development Avenue, Chambersburg, PA 17201, complies with the Federal Food, Drug & Cosmetic Act and any other applicable regulations.

AFCO 5333 is intended for use as a general cleaning agent on all surfaces (including food processing equipment) in all departments. Equipment washed in solutions containing AFCO 5333 shall be subjected to a thorough rinse of potable water before processing is resumed.

When used according to instructions, AFCO 5333 will have no adverse effects on the foods being processed.
