I am writing to certify that Super Power Foam Cl (AFCO 5339), manufactured by AFCO, 550 Development Avenue, Chambersburg, PA 17201, complies with the Federal Food, Drug & Cosmetic Act and any other applicable regulations.

AFCO 5339 is intended for use in cleaning food contact equipment. Equipment washed with solutions containing AFCO 5339 shall be subjected to a thorough rinse of potable water before processing is resumed.

For foam cleaning of food processing equipment, use 2 to 6 ounces of AFCO 5339 per gallon (16 to 47mL/L) of water. Rinse surface with potable water after using this product.

When used according to instructions, AFCO 5339 will have no adverse effects on the food being processed.

AFCO 5339 is free from undesirable microorganisms and is safe under the conditions of use.
