I am writing to certify that the product Hi Lube (AFCO 8649), is safe when used as directed.

AFCO 8649 is acceptable as a general cleaning agent on all surfaces, or with mechanical cleaning devices in all departments of official establishments operating under the Federal meat, poultry, shell egg grading, and egg product inspection programs. All food products and packaging materials must be removed from the room or carefully protected. Such compounds may be used as general duty foam cleaner designed to clean and remove highly soiled equipment and must be rinsed thoroughly with potable water.
