I am writing to certify that Super Alk 3 (AFCO 5232), manufactured by AFCO, 800 Development Avenue, Chambersburg, PA 17201, complies with the Federal Food, Drug & Cosmetic Act and any other applicable regulations.

AFCO 5232 is intended for use as a shell egg cleaning compound. Eggs washed in solutions containing AFCO 5232 shall be subjected to a thorough rinse of warm potable water containing an accepted sanitizer.

When used according to instructions, AFCO 5232 will have no adverse effects on the eggs being processed.

AFCO 5232 is free from undesirable microorganisms and is safe under the conditions of use.
